¨ Responsible for the daily management support of IDX systems and applications support

¨ Provide reporting, analysis and systems management services to various clients such as enrollment, utilization management, billing and accounts receivable, claims, referrals and managed care finance

¨ Generate NSF encounter data files and transmit to external clients systems
